Grafana Alerting is a core capability of Grafana Cloud that can be set up to route alerts to Grafana IRM for automated alert routing and escalation.
Respond
Grafana IRM manages on-call schedules, alert escalation, and response coordination to ensure that the right teams are notified when an issue arises. After an issue is identified, you can quickly declare an incident from alert groups and collaborate with integrations with tools like Slack and GitHub.
Learn
After an incident is resolved, relevant data from Slack channels and integrated tools is captured in the incident timeline for review. Grafana dashboards and analytics help you gain deep insights to refine your IRM strategy.
