Connect integrations in Grafana IRM
Grafana IRM integrates with your monitoring systems, communication, and collaboration tools to help teams manage alerts and incidents effectively.
Integrations are organized into the following categories:
- Alert sources: Connect monitoring systems to receive and route alerts through IRM. Alert sources ingest alerts, group related alerts, and route them to the appropriate teams through escalation chains.
- Chat and collaboration: Connect tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to coordinate incident response, create dedicated channels, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Development and operations: Connect development, task management, and operations tools like Jira and GitHub to track incidents and sync issue status.
- Custom integrations: Use incoming and outgoing webhooks to connect systems that don’t have a built-in integration.
For instructions on adding and managing integrations, refer to Configure integrations.
