You can register by purchasing a ticket on our website. Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket.
A limited number of early bird tickets will be available for 50% off (plus taxes). After those sell out, a limited number of tickets will be available at the discounted rate of 30% off (plus taxes). When those sell out, tickets will cost the full price (plus taxes).
The full conference agenda will be released in February.
The event will take place at Palau de Congressos de Catalunya Av. Diagonal, 661, Les Corts, 08028 Barcelona, Spain.
Tickets are nonrefundable, but you can request to transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing events@grafana.com.
Yes, during the event there will be dedicated breaks, meals, and receptions for you to network with other attendees. Connect with attendees before the conference via our Slack community.
Most conference sessions will be recorded and published for on-demand viewing. The Opening Keynote will be available to stream live.
Once you register to attend the event in person, you do not need to register for specific conference sessions; however, if you plan to attend a hands-on lab, you will need to register for that separately to save your seat.
Registration for hands-on labs will open on the same day as conference registration in February. A hands-on lab ticket must be purchased in combination with a conference ticket. Want to add a lab? Email events@grafana.com and we’ll help you get it sorted.
No. Walk-ins will not be admitted and tickets will not be available for purchase onsite. Capacity at this event is limited.
Yes, we have a hotel block at Torre Melina a Gran Meliá Hotel located within a two-minute walk from the conference venue. If you're interested in reserving a room, you must book a room directly with the hotel using this specific link, by April 3, 2025.
The special pricing is €315 (single) / €335 (double) per night, breakfast included (+ 10 % VAT, plus city tax €8.25 per person per day). There are only a limited number of rooms available at this special GrafanaCON rate. Once those rooms have been filled, the hotel cannot guarantee availability during the conference. Yes, public transportation is easily accessible.
The closest metro line is the Green Line, with the Maria Cristina station just a short walk away. This line connects directly to key city spots like Plaza Catalunya (city centre), Passeig de Gracia (a major shopping street), and Sants Estació (the main train station).
Several bus lines also stop nearby, including Line 7, which runs along Diagonal Avenue toward the city centre, and Line 67, which ends at Plaza Catalunya near Las Ramblas.
Yes, parking is available at both the Congress Centre and the Hotel. The daily rate is €35 plus VAT. If you are planning to use the parking space, please let us know in advance by emailing events@grafana.com so we can request a space for you.
You are not required to print your ticket; you can simply show one of our team members your ticket directly from your tablet or mobile phone upon arrival at the check-in desk. You can also use a valid photo ID to check in.
The event is only open to attendees in possession of a valid ticket with a valid photo ID.
Grafana Labs is committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming GrafanaCON for all attendees, and our events team will be enforcing our Code of Conduct. We ask all who attend to please review it.
Registration will be open during all hours of the conference starting on 20 April at 8:00 AM. (Come early to avoid the lines!) Please ensure you check in at the registration desk and collect your name badge. If you arrive before registration is open, please wait at the entrance hall of the venue until a member of the staff lets you in.
Light breakfast, buffet lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided on both days of the event. Hearty canapés and drinks will be served at the community party. If you are attending the event and have severe food allergies, please email us at events@grafana.com

Yes. There will be a coatroom available for you to leave your personal belongings throughout the duration of the event at no additional charge.
