Grafana Labs Events Code of Conduct

All representatives, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees at any event hosted by Grafana Labs are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout those events.

The Quick Version

If you feel unsafe, please immediately contact At physical events, official organizers are clearly marked by their t-shirts. Grafana Labs is dedicated to providing harassment-free event experiences for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Language, imagery, and actions that are sexual or violent are not appropriate for any event channels, including presentations. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned and/or expelled from this or future events at the sole discretion of the Conduct Team organizers.

The Less Quick Version

Harassment includes offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate contact, and unwelcome attention, sexual or otherwise.

Be mindful in the words that you choose. Remember that sexist, racist, and other exclusionary jokes can be offensive to those around you. Excessive swearing and offensive jokes are not appropriate at any Grafana Labs event.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Grafana Labs staff will be happy to assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance and participation in our community.
