List of HIPAA BAA Covered Services
As of the date below, the following are “Covered Services” under the applicable Grafana Labs Business Associate Addendum.
Covered Services include all features within Grafana Cloud utilizing cloud services providers AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure (“CSPs”) except:
- AI Features (including Grafana Assistant and LLM Plugin-related features)
- To the extent Customer inserts PHI directly into an alert subject line using IRM
- Any features, products, or services that are not generally available, in alpha, beta, pre-production / preview, and/or provided for free or at no additional charge or that use third-party integrations outside of the CSPs and Twilio.
Grafana Labs reserves the right to amend this list at any time.
