Draw some docker metrics
This dashboard provides graphs about some metrics provided by the docker daemon.
In docker 1.13 you need to activate explictly the metrics endpoint adding this parameter to the daemon: metrics-addr=0.0.0.0:4999 and activate the experimental features.
