Registration will open with early bird pricing and limited tickets are available at this price point. Hands-on labs will require an additional ticket and can only be purchased with a conference ticket. Be sure to sign up to be notified when registration begins to take advantage of these discounted prices.
The full conference agenda will be released in February.
Tickets are nonrefundable, but you can request to transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing events@grafana.com.
The conference agenda is available to start planning your ObservabilityCON experience.
We kindly ask participants to purchase tickets ahead of the event via our website. Tickets will not be available to be purchased on-site.
Most conference sessions will be recorded and published for on-demand viewing. The Opening Keynote will be available to stream live.
Once you register to attend the event in person, you do not need to register for specific conference sessions; however, if you plan to attend a hands-on lab, you will need to register for that separately to save your seat.
Yes. During the event, there will be dedicated breaks, meals, and receptions for you to network with other attendees on both days. Connect with attendees before the conference via our Slack community.
No, the conference is not affiliated with a specific hotel and we do not have rooms blocked or discounted at any local hotel. However, there are numerous hotels near the venue that offer superb accommodations.
Yes, there is convenient access to public transportation. Nearby underground stations include St. Paul’s (Central Line), Bank (Central, Northern, Waterloo & City Lines), Moorgate (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Northern), and Monument (Circle, District). Additionally, several bus routes stop at St. Paul’s Station – King Edward Street, including the 8, 25, 56, 133, N8, N25, and N242.
There is no onsite parking, but nearby parking is available at Smithfield Car Park, located at West Smithfield, London EC1A 9DS.
You are not required to print your ticket; you can simply show one of our team members your QR code ticket directly from your tablet or mobile phone upon arrival at the check-in desk. A valid photo ID is also an acceptable form of proof of registration.
The event is limited to attendees in possession of a valid ticket with a valid photo ID.
Registration will be open during all hours of the conference starting on 7 October at 8:00 AM. (Come early to avoid the lines!) Please ensure you check in at the registration desk and collect your name badge. If you arrive before registration is open, please wait at the entrance hall of the venue until a member of the staff lets you in.
Light breakfast, buffet lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided on both days of the event. If you are attending the event and have severe food allergies, please email us at events@grafana.com
Come prepared with questions you would like to ask our experts. You can bring your laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. WiFi will be made available throughout the conference rooms.
Yes. There will be a cloakroom available for you to leave your personal belongings throughout the duration of the event at no additional charge.
