Join us for a hands-on workshop on observability, tailored for SREs. We’ll demonstrate how to use Grafana Cloud’s observability workflows to identify issues, troubleshoot, and find the root cause quickly when monitoring modern applications.
During this three-hour workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to observe a modern microservices application running on Kubernetes. Through a combination of metrics, logs, and traces, you’ll gain practical insights into observability principles and techniques.This is the workshop for you if you are an SRE interested in learning best practices for resolving issues quickly experienced in Kubernetes and have access to Grafana Cloud.

Having worked at Elastic as a Solutions Architect (Observability SME) and most recently focusing on Financial Services he has a broad, deep knowledge of how different teams use Observability solutions to solve their problems. Alex has a real world understanding and appreciation of what is required of a modern Observability stack having been a software engineer for many years, designing, building and maintaining large cloud native applications. In his free time he likes to be outside in nature with his wife and son whilst planning to escape technology by having a smallholding in the countryside.
