Initial release of the Palo Alto Networks data source plugin. It reads each firewall's own XML API on PAN-OS 11.1 and later, with one API key for every firewall in the list. Four dashboards are bundled: Firewall health, Firewall detail, Expiry and updates, and Packet drops. Import them from the data source's Dashboards tab. The package also holds 15 alert rules as a Grafana provisioning file, alerting/palo-alto-networks.yaml.
