This plugin is now DEPRECATED and NO LONGER MAINTAINED by the Grafana team. This deprecation means that this plugin won't receive any feature updates or bug fixes. After 6 months (End of June 2024), the plugin will reach EOL and the repository will be archived. You can use Grafana Infinity data source plugin as an alternative for connecting to JSON/CSV/XML/GraphQL endpoints. Installing SimpleJson on Grafana Cloud

Install plugins directly in your Grafana Cloud instance, and we'll take care of keeping them up to date.

Note that it could take up to 1 minute to see the plugin show up in your Grafana.

Installing on a local Grafana

For local instances, plugins are installed and updated via a simple CLI command. Plugins are not updated automatically, however you will be notified when updates are available right within your Grafana.

2. Select platform

Install via CLI

Use the grafana-cli tool to install SimpleJson from the commandline:

grafana-cli plugins install grafana-simple-json-datasource

The plugin will be installed into your grafana plugins directory; the default is /var/lib/grafana/plugins. More information on the cli tool (opens in new tab).

Download package

Alternatively, manually download the .zip file and unpack it into your grafana plugins directory.
