Digital Experience Monitoring: Closing the gap between what you monitor and what users experience
Every broken user experience that goes undetected is revenue, retention, and trust you won't get back. And most monitoring tools will never tell you it's happening. For teams responsible for digital products, the gap between what monitoring covers and what users actually experience is where revenue is lost silently and where the next high-impact incident is already forming. In this session, our experts explain how you can proactively protect business outcomes when your monitoring actually understands your users. In a live demo that starts with a high-impact conversion drop with no signal in existing systems-focused observability, they show how Grafana Cloud’s Digital Experience Monitoring solution connects critical user journeys, session replay, and a knowledge graph to surface real user behavior, session-level evidence, and related context to find root cause fast. Grafana Assistant and external AI agents take that understanding further by correlating signals across surfaces, surfacing the suspected cause, and recommending smarter synthetic coverage across the high-traffic journeys that drive your business. Result: The next incident never reaches users in the first place. Observability tells you when systems fail. It rarely tells you when users do. Attendees leave understanding how Grafana Cloud’s Digital Experience Monitoring closes that gap by connecting what teams build to the business outcomes it drives.11:15 - 12:00

Building Grafana Cloud for next-generation cost-efficiency and scale
Grafana Cloud already has a strong reputation for cost efficiency at scale, but we’re not stopping there. In this session, members of the Grafana Labs engineering and product teams show how Grafana Cloud and the open source databases that power it — Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope — are evolving for the next step-function change in observability data volumes. We'll go deep on Mimir, already tested well past 1 billion active series, which is raising the ceiling on ingestion volume and query speed with a new compartmentalized architecture. We'll also give an update on needle-in-the-haystack queries, which we first previewed at GrafanaCon: a new secondary index for Loki that accelerates log queries by shrinking the volume of data that needs to be scanned. We'll share results from early customer deployments as well as what we’ve learned along the way. Adaptive Telemetry sits on top of this foundation as a second lever for cost efficiency and scale that shrinks data volumes rather than just handling more of them. New capabilities make this more effective than ever before. See a demo of how routing can send telemetry to the storage tier that fits its use case and replay brings colder data back when it matters. Auto-apply and intelligent sampling handle that optimization autonomously, blending in human-in-the-loop control, so you get exactly the telemetry you need, without spending extra time managing it.12:45 - 13:15

Towards autonomous operations with Grafana Assistant
Welcome to the era of agentic operations. In this session, our experts show how Grafana Assistant is taking on more of the work of deploying, running, and fixing your software applications. See a demo of how Assistant — using its understanding of your telemetry, infrastructure, incidents, business data, and code — helps you detect problems earlier, determine their root causes faster, coordinate remediation, generate and apply code fixes, and validate their impact in production. Sometimes it's interactive: you and Assistant working side by side, whether that's a quick back-and-forth in the sidebar or a dedicated session in the Assistant Workspace. Other times, it's autonomous: Assistant kicking off a deep investigation the instant an alert fires, or running a scheduled job while you're heads-down elsewhere. Either way, spend less time on ops and more time focusing on building what your customers need next.15:30 - 16:00
Open the black box: Why observability is the key to trusting your AI agents
Say goodbye to black-box agents. As AI agents take on more complex workflows, you need to understand not just whether they're working, but how and why. In this session, our experts show how Grafana Cloud's AI Observability solution introduces agent sessions as a new, fifth telemetry signal — capturing every conversation, tool call, model generation, failure, and dollar spent. By correlating agent activity with metrics, logs, traces, and profiles, you can move from symptoms to root cause fast, all without leaving the observability platform they already use. From there, you can go beyond observation to improving and protecting agents. Learn how to run evaluations to measure quality and reliability at scale, and enforce guardrails to block harmful inputs, redact sensitive data, and stop prompt manipulation. And if you're not sure where to start, see how Grafana Assistant helps you navigate it all.16:00 - 16:30
