Grafana Labs named one of Inc.’s 2020 Best Workplaces

We’ve always known that Grafana Labs is a great place to work. Now Inc. has made it official, naming us one of the 2020 Best Workplaces.

Inc. received more than 3,000 submissions, and selected 389 finalist companies based on the results of an employee survey – covering topics such as trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the company’s future – conducted by Quantum Workplace.

Grafana Labs made the list.

But more important than any award is the fact that 98% of the Grafanistas who responded to the survey reported that they are happy with their jobs and are proud to work here.

One thing that surely sets us apart is the fact that we’re a remote-first company, and always have been. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic made WFH the new normal, we believed that working remotely is the future of a productive and inclusive workplace. (We’ve also shared our experiences to help others making the transition.)
