Letter to our customers: Grafana Labs and COVID-19

As COVID-19 has spread across the world over recent months, upending life as we know it, we have all been watching the situation closely – both on a business level and a personal one. So first and foremost, we hope that this communication finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy.

At the same time, we want to reassure you that Grafana Labs continues to operate at full capacity. We have always been a completely distributed, remote-first team – from our software engineers to our sales representatives – so the business world’s sudden forced transition to working from home has had little impact on our operations.

Our follow-the-sun support and service reliability engineering teams are fully staffed and available around the clock to help you with Grafana Enterprise and Grafana Cloud. All of our normal channels are fully operational.

Finally, from a financial perspective, our recent $24 million funding puts us in good stead for long term stability, as well as continued support of the open source projects and communities that our business is built upon.
