As a technical lead, Baljeet is responsible for delivering platform capabilities for tracing, performance monitoring, and logging. This role includes evaluating products and standards like OpenTelemetry to provide solutions that work best for all development teams at BlackRock. Before his current role, Baljeet worked as a senior developer on various platform teams within BlackRock.
