Alain is a Principal Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs with more than 12 years of experience helping Organization shape their Digital Transformation programs. From his experience he has gained a strong expertise in Distributed Event Driven Systems, Data Integration, Application Development and Observability. He is a strong believer in Open Source and contributes to knowledge sharing in the communities and conferences. In his past he has also worked on research areas such as image processing for Computer & Robotics Vision and has several published papers on the subject matter. In his free time he enjoys filmmaking using affordable old hacked cameras with vintage lenses. Occasionally he likes to explore the world of 3D animation and rendering.
