Single pane, many perspectives: Favor’s dashboard for Operation Readiness
Keeping dozens of services healthy at scale requires more than alerts, it requires ritualized alignment. In this talk, Kevin Panahi, Sr. SRE at Favor, details Favor's Operational Readiness Review: a biweekly, 15-minute cadence where SREs and development teams review a single central Grafana dashboard fed by Grafana Cloud Metrics, Logs, and Traces plus external sources (service catalog and IRM). Kevin explains how Favor integrated SLO tracking into that dashboard, surfaced breaches and approaching breaches, and created common dashboards across language teams so every dev sees the same health signals for their stack.
Kevin will share the technical plumbing, how SLOs were operationalized into conversation and action during the review, and the qualitative business outcomes: faster incident awareness, clearer prioritization, and a stronger partnership between SRE and product teams. Join Kevin to see the dashboard layouts, cadence tips, and practical SLO framing that make a single-pane operational review actually work.

The golden path: Everything you need to reach observability maturity
The top request our Observability Architects get from teams is for best practices: tried and true paths to successful deployment, laid out step by step, and examples of usable automation.
In this session, Grafana Labs experts will walk through real-world examples from our customers who have achieved observability maturity at both small and massive scale: how they deploy, how they automate, how they enforce, and how they measure value. They'll also share some new initiatives within our product and educational programs to make realizing maturity much less daunting.
