Building telemetry pipelines with Grafana Alloy
Get hands-on with Grafana Alloy, Fleet Management, and Assistant to collect, process, and visualize observability data.
Whether you are collecting telemetry data in Prometheus and/or OpenTelemetry formats to observe your infrastructure, applications, or both, Grafana Alloy can help you accomplish it all.
An open source distribution of the OpenTelemetry Collector with built-in Prometheus optimizations, Alloy supports metrics, logs, traces, and profiles. Fleet Management allows you to orchestrate and deploy those pipelines across many Grafana Alloy instances at scale and use Assistant to write, optimize, and debug those pipelines.
Join this workshop to learn how to build telemetry pipelines with Alloy and Fleet Management. You’ll use Alloy’s Prometheus and OpenTelemetry components to receive, transform, and ship data from a set of demo APIs and a Postgres database to Grafana observability backends.
What you'll accomplish
