Nathan is a Principal Software Engineer at Tripadvisor currently working on their observability stack. Outside of work, he’s an avid gamer and rock climber.

Crystal Hirschorn is an experienced engineering leader with 20 years in the technology industry. Currently she is director of engineering at Snyk overseeing cloud native infrastructure platforms, SRE, and cloud security. She frequently speaks at conferences on the topics of resilience engineering, chaos engineering, and DevOps — imparting both theory and practice gained from more than 15 years as a hands-on software engineer working in very diverse, complex systems. She was recently awarded one of the top 100 U.K. influencers in open source software by OpenUK.

Michael leads engineering and support teams supporting multiple lines of business across ICG at Citigroup. In his free time Michael enjoys hiking and playing ice hockey.
