Download FOCUS datasets in the application

You can download FOCUS datasets for the current or previous month in the Cost Management and Billing Application.

Before you begin

You must have the permissions granted by the Invoice reader role.

Download FOCUS datasets

To download a FOCUS dataset:

1. Sign in to your Grafana Cloud instance.
2. Navigate to Cost Management and Billing.
3. Click the Invoices tab in the top navigation menu.
4. Click the FOCUS download link for the desired billing period.

The FOCUS dataset downloads as a file to your default download location.

Use FOCUS datasets

After downloading a FOCUS dataset, you can:

• Import the data into FinOps tools and platforms
• Analyze costs using spreadsheet applications or business intelligence tools
• Build custom reports and dashboards with the FOCUS data
