Fabric integration for Grafana IRM
Use the Fabric integration to receive and manage ticket events from Fabric in Grafana IRM. This integration allows you to take advantage of IRM’s alert grouping, escalation, and incident response workflows to streamline how your team responds to mobile app issues reported by Fabric.
Configure Fabric integration
Create the integration in Grafana IRM
- In Grafana IRM, go to IRM > Integrations > Monitoring Systems.
- Click + New integration.
- Select Fabric Firebase from the list of available integrations.
- Enter a name and optional description.
- (Optional) Assign the integration to a team and add any relevant labels. These settings can be changed later.
- Click Create integration.
- On the integration details page, copy the IRM Integration URL from the HTTP Endpoint section. You’ll need this to configure Fabric.
Configure Fabric to send webhooks to Grafana IRM
- In Fabric, go to your app settings.
- Select the application you want to connect.
- Navigate to Service Hooks > WebHook.
- Paste the IRM Integration URL you copied earlier.
- Click Verify to test the connection.
- Enable the following webhook options:
- Send impact change alerts
- Also send non-fatal alerts
Once configured, Fabric will begin sending alert events to Grafana IRM.
