Alex leads the Reliability Engineering teams covering Observability, Load Testing, and Chaos. Alex has been in the industry for 25 years and his experience comes from a wide range of roles from Networking, Storage, DevOps, and Delivery. Alex is a keen Triathlete and enjoys anything outdoors as long as it involves running, cycling, or swimming.

    Olin leads the Observability team within Mission Control in the Aladdin Platforms organization. The team is responsible for telemetry, logging, and alerting capabilities that continue to be at the center of BlackRock’s ability to deliver quality software and operate at scale. Before his current role, Olin was the team lead of the Product Services Engineering group within BlackRock Solutions’ Aladdin Business, responsible for technology supporting client services, business reporting and data pipelines.
