First you need install Proxmox exporter https://github.com/steemax/prox-metrics work with prox-metrics exporter only (https://github.com/steemax/prox-metrics), use Prometheus datasource, collects information about allocated resources for VMs to avoid oversubscription or evenly distribute newly created VMs
