Create and manage playbooks

Playbooks store reusable procedures, runbooks, and organizational knowledge. The Assistant can search them automatically, or you can create slash commands (e.g., /investigate-loki) to execute them directly in chat.

Key features

• Rich content: Markdown formatting, step-by-step instructions, and attached dashboards, data sources, panels and more
• Slash commands: Create shortcuts like /my-command to execute playbook instructions
• Share with agents: Include playbooks so the Assistant finds them automatically
• Visibility control: Tenant-wide (everyone) or user-only (just me) scope
