Node Exporter Full with Hostname
This is a modification of dashboard #1860 that uses a hostname field (provided by Prometheus) to identify hosts.
The Node Exporter Full with Hostname dashboard uses the prometheus data source to create a Grafana dashboard with the graph and singlestat panels.
