Sending logs from the cloud
Caution
Promtail has been deprecated and is in Long-Term Support (LTS) through February 28, 2026. Promtail will reach an End-of-Life (EOL) on March 2, 2026. You can find migration resources here.
Sending logs from cloud services to Grafana Loki is a little different depending on the AWS service you are using. The following tutorials walk you through configuring cloud services to send logs to Loki.
