Save a dashboard

Each dashboard can contain multiple panels, each with a meaningful title that helps other users understand its purpose. After you save a dashboard, you can share it with others. Users with the appropriate permissions can edit the saved dashboard as needed.

To title a panel and save a dashboard, complete the following steps:

1. On the right of the Edit panel page, under Panel options, enter a panel Title and description.

   The title appears at the top of the visualization.

2. When you’ve finished editing the panel, click Save.
3. Enter a title and description for your dashboard.
4. Select a folder, if applicable.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Back to dashboard to return to the dashboard view.
7. Click Exit edit to leave edit mode and view your completed dashboard.
