Invite teammates to join Grafana Cloud

User management in Grafana Cloud provides flexible role-based access control, allowing you to grant specific permissions based on team members’ responsibilities. You can invite users as viewers, editors, or admins, ensuring each person has the right level of access to contribute effectively.

To invite a user to your Grafana Cloud organization:

  1. Sign into your Grafana Cloud Portal at grafana.com.

  2. On the left side menu, scroll until you see Org Settings and click Members.

  3. Click Invite New Member.

  4. Enter the following information:

    FieldDescription
    EmailThe email address of the user you want to invite
    RoleSelect the organization role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer
    Receive billing emailsCheck this option if the user should receive billing notifications
  5. Click Invite.

The invited users receive an email invitation with instructions to join your Grafana Cloud organization. After they accept the invitation and create their accounts, they can immediately start collaborating with your team.
