Set communication style expectations

Before you begin

Add any domain-specific guidance, such as how to cite runbooks or when to include code blocks.
Apply scope and enablement
- Choose Just me for personal experiments or Everybody to standardize the organization’s voice.
- Keep the rule enabled so every conversation follows the defined style.
Save and validate
- Click Create rule or Save changes if you edited the template.
- Open a fresh Assistant chat, ask for a short summary, and verify the response uses the requested style and formatting.
