Cloud Ceph Monitoring

Displays metrics exposed from collectd processes (for ceph), ceph plugin, and collectd-ceph-storage python plugin (https://github.com/akrzos/collectd-ceph-storage) in a typical OpenStack Environment

The Cloud Ceph Monitoring dashboard uses the graphite data source to create a Grafana dashboard with the graph and text panels.
