Sort by multiple fields in the Sort by transformation

Sort your data the way you think about it. Tables are easier to read and compare when they follow the order you’d use to explain them: by team, then by score within each team, then by name. The Sort by transformation now supports multiple sort fields, so you can build exactly that order.

When rows have the same value in one field, the next field decides which comes first. Each field also has its own Reverse option for descending order.

Setting it up just takes a few clicks. Add a field with Add sort field, drag fields to change their priority, and remove the ones you don’t need. Fields you’ve already picked are hidden from the other rows, so you can’t sort by the same field twice.
