Monitor your full stack from the Observability home page

The Observability home page is now the default landing page when you select Observability in the Grafana main menu. It brings together your services, databases, frontend applications, Pods, and nodes in one view so you can see what needs attention across your entire stack without switching between individual products.

The home page is powered by the knowledge graph, which automatically discovers entities from your telemetry and surfaces insights when something is wrong. Each entity type appears in its own section with key metrics, an insight ring showing severity, and an attention badge when entities have active issues.

From the home page, you can:

• Triage at a glance: Insight rings and attention badges highlight which services, Pods, or nodes have critical or warning issues.
• Ask the Assistant: An embedded prompt at the top of the page lets you ask questions about your environment without leaving the page.
• Open investigations: Hover over any entity row and select + RCA Workbench to add it to an investigation.
• Customize your layout: Add, remove, or reorder entity sections to focus on what matters most to your team. Your layout persists across sessions.
