Organize dashboards faster with multi-select grouping
Organizing a dashboard is now faster with multi-select grouping. In edit mode, you can select multiple panels at once and instantly group them into a row or a tab, making it easy to restructure dashboards without moving panels one by one.
This is especially useful when you’re reorganizing large dashboards or introducing more logical sections as your dashboards evolve. Select the panels you want to group, choose whether to create a row or a tab, and Grafana automatically creates the new grouping while preserving the remaining panels in their own layout.
To select multiple panels at once, press the Shift key and then choose the panels you want to group:
The panels you’ve selected are grouped and any remaining panels are added to another grouping of the same type.
