TwinMaker SceneViewer panel unavailable

Grafana v13.0 upgrades the core application from React 18 to React 19. The SceneViewer panel in the IoT TwinMaker app (grafana-iot-twinmaker-app) depends on React APIs removed in React 19 and will fail to render after upgrading.               

What’s affected

Dashboards containing a SceneViewer panel display a panel error after upgrading to Grafana 13. Other TwinMaker panels aren’t affected.

What to do

There is no migration path for the SceneViewer panel at this time. We recommend one of the following:   

•  Stay on Grafana v12.x if your dashboards rely on the SceneViewer panel.                                                     
•  Remove or replace the SceneViewer panel before upgrading if 3D scene visualization is not critical to your workflows.

We will provide additional guidance if and when the situation changes.
