Based on Ceph - Cluster, added fsid as a variable to distinguish different Ceph clusters, due to the default Ceph cluster name is always "Ceph" and it costs a lot effort to modify cluster name.
This dashboard needs modified version of digital ocean's ceph_exporter to work.
