Dashboard for monitoring Kaiten private files API health in Enterprise on-premises installations.

It helps check that restricted file access works as expected after enablement and quickly answer:

• whether private file requests are failing
• whether file API latency stays within the normal range
• whether image resizing keeps up with uploaded files
• whether private file cleanup jobs run without failures

BullMQ panels require Prometheus metrics from cron pods.
