EC2 Host Metrics (OTel)

EC2 host overview — CPU, Memory, Disk tables + time-series history. Works with OpenTelemetry Collector hostmetrics receiver → Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics. Labels required: ec2_tag_Name, ec2_tag_Module. Metrics: system_cpu_utilization_ratio, system_memory_usage_bytes, system_filesystem_usage_bytes.
