Cisco SG300 Monitoring stack via Telegraf, InfluxDB and Grafana
This dashboard is designed for Cisco SG300 switches. Since these devices are not based on Cisco IOS, they are somewhat unique and require different SNMP OIDs than standard Cisco enterprise switches.
It will most likely also work with other Cisco Small Business models that originated from Linksys (later acquired by Cisco).
