This dashboard highlights the top 10 Kubernetes services with the highest average CPU throttling per running pod, based on the last 5 minutes. It helps identify workloads that are consistently limited by CPU quotas, potentially indicating resource pressure or misconfigured requests/limits. Services without running pods are excluded to ensure meaningful and accurate ratios.

The Container CPU Throttling Dashboard dashboard uses the prometheus data source to create a Grafana dashboard with the bargauge, gauge, table and timeseries panels.
