Synology with SMART Stats
A Dashboard to monitor Synology NAS, modified by Dan Roncadin, originally based on Jean-François Perillo's work (Dashboard ID 1727).
This is a modified version of Dashboard ID 1727 - with the addition of a table containing all the SMART statistics of every attached drive in the Synology. In order to capture theses statistics, Telegraf is used with SNMP.
