XPenology - SMART Disks Health for the textfile exporter of prometheus
This is a dashboard that i made to display disk health and mostly the temperature of my NAS disks based on the smart textfile collector that i wrote.. but it should works also in the regular one.

On remote systems, just use ssh $host /script.py > /tmp/textfile-collector/$host.prom
Some metrics are not being used coz i didnt found them useful..
