  • For prospect accounts, internal speakers are limited to the SE only. Internal speakers can involve SE, PM, CSM, maintainers for customer accounts.
  • 1 or more external presentations from participating account (for both prospect/customer events)

Suggested Agenda Components

Please work closely with your SE to decide what agenda options listed below are best suited for your account.

  • Introduction to Grafana Labs (mandatory)
  • Company’s current and/or future use cases (mandatory)
  • Prometheus, Cortex, Loki, Tempo 101 or Deep Dives (at least one of these is mandatory)
  • Intro to Grafana Enterprise Metrics and Logs (GEM / GEL) (optional)
  • Live “Ask me anything (AMA)” session (optional)

  • 10:45am - 10:55am PDT: Intro to Prometheus
  • 10:55am - 11:15am PDT: Intro to Loki and Tempo
  • 11:15am - 11:30am PDT: Ask Me Anything (AMA) and Wrap-up
