To push that mission forward, the Digital Products and Software Engineering Platform and SRE team supports the company’s critical applications with an LGTM-based observability platform. Join Casper Nielsen, Operations & SRE Capability Lead, and Juan González Martínez, Senior Software Developer - Security, as they describe the technical and architectural details behind how they run and expect to expand a hub-and-spoke Kubernetes cluster setup with chained OpenTelemetry collectors. You’ll learn how they then tag the data in Loki, Mimir, and Tempo so that they can utilize Novo’s setup in Grafana Cloud to provide a centrally managed platform that mimics multi-tenancy. Currently 15 individual product teams run on the same instance behind the same set of OTel Gateway/Backend collectors.
