Hudson Ash is an infrastructure engineer working at Clearco, a funding platform for e-commerce. Hudson’s responsibilities span across the infrastructure stack, including incident response, networking, CI/CD, and secret management. His background in data science, business, and infrastructure allows Hudson to work effectively with many aspects of the organization. In his spare time, Hudson enjoys playing basketball with friends. Sometimes the shots even go in!

Marc has been working in the observability space for the past decade. He enables engineering teams to understand dynamic distributed systems as they build and operate them. At Grafana Labs, he helps create products for customers to detect, respond, and learn from their chaotic systems.

Joe Elliott has been working as an SRE/Devops/Infrastructure person with Kubernetes for the last 4 years. Currently a Principal Engineer at Grafana, he is the creator of Tempo, a Jaeger maintainer, and has contributed to the OpenTelemetry Collector, Loki and Cortex. When he’s not at the keyboard or wrangling kids, Joe likes to get out on his bike.

Chris is a Senior Manager over Observability at Adobe. His focus areas are metrics, tracing, and pushing OpenTelemetry at scale. Prior to management, he worked as an SRE for over a decade, trying to raise the observability bar across the industry. Outside of work, you will likely find him riding his dirt bike up a mountain.

Sachin Garg is Senior Manager of the Observability and Tooling team at Adobe. He has about 20+ years of experience in the software development space and is currently leading the DevOps/Tools transformation and Observability charter at Adobe. He has a lot of experience with observability tools like Grafana, Cortex, New Relic, and Jaeger, and is a big believer in open standards like OpenTelemetry.

Lukasz is a Senior Software Engineer at Grafana Labs with hands-on experience in building scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and extreme-throughput distributed systems. Currently, he focuses on shaping the future of reliability testing with k6 and strengthening the connection between k6 Cloud and Grafana Cloud.

Askari currently manages a Trading SRE platform that is responsible for maintaining critical application function and health. This Trading SRE platform uses Grafana for visualization to provide state-of-the-art monitoring solutions, proactive incident monitoring, error budgets, SRE modeled engagement with business-backed SLOs. The team is currently partnering with other lines of business to share this success. Outside of work, Askari loves spending time outdoors and recently led a team to a Habitat for Humanity build in New Jersey.

Matvey Kukuy is an Engineering Director at Grafana Labs. He co-founded Amixr and is leading the Grafana OnCall team.

Richard is a product director at Grafana Labs, where he leads the observability department.

Wei Li is a Product Marketing Manager who specializes in performance testing, application performance monitoring, and application security technologies. At Grafana Labs, she helps bring leading-edge innovations to customers, providing them with powerful, end-to-end observability across their distributed, complex environments. Wei holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Fiona is a Senior Software Engineer at Grafana Labs working on proxies to simplify ingesting and querying metrics in Grafana Cloud.

Farhan Manjiyani focuses on helping customers make a decision on the best observability vendor for their current and future strategy. Outside of work, you will find him fighting ‘dad bod’ by playing frisbee in the park or making his mom proud by perfecting his butter chicken recipe.

Andrew is a Principal Platform Engineer at Just Eat Takeaway.com, a leading glob­al online food deliv­ery mar­ket­place. He is passionate about ensuring engineering teams have the right observability tools and data to successfully operate their applications. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys running and hiking.

Mark has been part of the k6 team since 2015, serving customers and interacting with the OSS community. He loves to understand technical challenges and enjoys helping users realize value with Grafana k6.

Rich began working at supporting electronic trading in the year 2000, and is still actively engaged in building tools to solve problems in that space.  He literally believes that Grafana made work fun again.  Rich is currently using Grafana to build customer-centric monitoring solutions, in a non-traditional approach to SRE practice.  He currently resides on a few acres of land in a quiet part of New Jersey with his wife, a Saint Bernard, two German Shepherds, and a happily overweight Corgi.

Alex is a Senior Technology Manager at Just Eat Takeaway.com, a leading global online food delivery marketplace. Alex leads the Reliability Engineering teams covering Observability, Load Testing and Chaos. Alex has been in the Industry for 25 years and his experience comes from a wide range of roles from Networking, Storage, DevOps and Delivery. Alex is a keen Triathlete and enjoys anything outdoors as long as involves Running, Cycling or Swimming.

Ana is an SRE Manager at Banco Itau. She is responsible for chaos observability and engineering platforms across the bank. Additionally, she spends her time promoting the SRE culture across the entire organization.

Coleman leads the Kubernetes monitoring effort at Grafana Labs and is a proud member of Grafana Cloud engineering. Over the past year, Coleman and the team have brought the Grafana Kubernetes plugin from idea to reality for what is one of our most widely used cloud plugins. Coleman comes from the trading industry in Chicago, and now resides in Seattle, where he enjoys climbing, pickleball, and tasting as much food as possible.

Mat is a Principal Software Engineer at Grafana Labs on the Machine Learning team. Author of Go Programming Blueprints and host of Go Time podcast.

Crystal is a Certified Scrum Product Owner working with JP Morgan to deliver the highest quality infrastructure technology products. As a Retired Army Officer, Crystal brings a unique skillset and the ability to work in JP Morgan’s Agile environment with ease. She has helped champion the Agile Product Operating Model transformation throughout the firm by assisting technology teams with the transition. In Crystal’s time away from work, she is a National Strength competitor currently ranked in both Strongman and Powerlifting.

Jake Swiss is a Senior Product Marketing Manager with a focus on infrastructure observability. Jake works alongside Grafana Labs engineers and customers to help make monitoring infrastructure simple and easy to scale. When he is not monitoring Kubernetes clusters, he spends his time fishing, cooking, or cycling.

Nikhilesh Tekwani is Head of Observability Engineering at Wells Fargo. Nik leads multiple teams of software development engineers, application reliability engineers, and application security engineers responsible for solving complex engineering problems and driving innovation through data-driven approach in Metrics, Capacity, and Synthetic monitoring products that will have a major impact.

At Grafana Labs, Cyril mainly focuses on Loki, an open source logs aggregation system inspired by Prometheus. He previously worked at Ubisoft, scaling dedicated game servers in the cloud using Kubernetes. Cyril also contributed to Agones creation, an open source project to scale dedicated servers on Kubernetes.

Jen Villa is a Director of Product at Grafana Labs focused on our core metrics, logs, and traces databases. When not hunting for ways to make it easier to query or ingest your telemetry data, she enjoys golfing, playing board games with friends, and tearing through sci-fi novels.

Ed has a varied career history of software development, including robotic control systems, vehicle fleet tracking, and telecom middleware. He has worked at both startups and large enterprises, and is now a Principal Software Engineer at Grafana Labs, where he leads the Loki project.
