# Verify Prometheus data source query successful

As the final step in your journey, complete the following steps to confirm that you’ve successfully sent Prometheus metrics to Grafana Cloud: Watch video ->

1. In the Grafana side menu, click **Drilldown > Metrics**.
2. If you see a **Let’s start!** button, click it.

You should see Prometheus metrics displayed in the Grafana Drilldown Metrics app.

**Congratulations!** You’ve successfully connected to your Prometheus data source.
