Navigate to Cloud Provider Observability for Azure

In this milestone, you’ll access the Cloud Provider Observability Azure configuration interface in Grafana Cloud. This interface provides the central location for managing your Azure monitoring setup, including authentication, resource discovery, and dashboard deployment.

The Cloud Provider Observability Azure configuration interface streamlines the integration process by providing guided setup steps to ensure your connection works correctly.

Make sure you’re signed in to your Grafana Cloud environment.

1. Open the navigation menu and click Observability > Cloud provider > Azure.

2. On the Azure page, click the Configuration tab.

3. Click Serverless to select the serverless configuration method.

4. Click the Azure Metrics tile.

5. Click Add new credential to begin configuring your Azure connection.

The Cloud Provider Observability Azure configuration page guides you through the process of connecting your Azure account and selecting which resources to monitor.

In your next milestone, you’ll create the required Azure service principal that allows Grafana Cloud to access your Azure metrics.
