Invite teammates to join Grafana Cloud
User management in Grafana Cloud provides flexible role-based access control, allowing you to grant specific permissions based on team members’ responsibilities. You can invite users as viewers, editors, or admins, ensuring each person has the right level of access to contribute effectively.
These steps happen in the Grafana Cloud Portal at grafana.com, not inside your Grafana Cloud stack.
In this section, you’ll open the Cloud Portal in a new tab and invite a user to your organization.
Open the Grafana Cloud Portal at grafana.com in a new browser tab.
Sign in if needed. On the left side menu, scroll until you see Org Settings and click Members.
Click Invite New Member.
Enter the Email, select a Role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer), optionally check Receive billing emails, then click Invite.
The invited users receive an email invitation with instructions to join your Grafana Cloud organization. After they accept, they can collaborate with your team.
