Configure no-data and error handling
No-data and error handling controls what your rule does when a query returns no data or fails.
In this milestone, you open those settings and confirm the defaults.
In the Set evaluation behavior section, click Configure no data and error handling to expand the options.
Confirm Alert state if no data or all values are null is set to No Data. Don’t change it.
Confirm Alert state if execution error or timeout is set to Error. Don’t change it.
Your rule keeps the default handling for empty results and query errors. Next, you choose the contact point that receives the notification.
