Enter Infinity data source authentication credentials
The Infinity data source supports a variety of authentication methods. In this milestone, you configure basic authentication. For more information about other supported methods of authentication, refer to Authentication.
Did you know?
Authentication is set up on the endpoint server during its initial configuration, so you’ll need to know which type of authentication the endpoint uses and have the corresponding credentials.
If you’ve configured the Infinity endpoint to require authentication, complete the following steps:
On the data source left navigation, click Authentication.
Select the authentication method you want to configure.
For example: Basic authentication.
For basic authentication, enter the username and password.
In the next step of your journey, you’ll test the connection to the CSV endpoint.
