## Skills your team needs

Each deployment calls for a different mix of skills:

## Considerations

Self-hosting requires a team with both infrastructure expertise and observability skills. Grafana Cloud lets a smaller team focus on using the data rather than running the platform.

More team members managing infrastructure means fewer available for building dashboards and analyzing problems.
