## Level 2: Service visibility

- Infrastructure visibility is the foundation everyone needs.

- Specialized monitoring for databases and Kubernetes.
- Basic operations: dashboards, alerts, troubleshooting.

- **Application Observability** — RED metrics, service inventory, service graph
- **Knowledge Graph** — Understanding entities and relationships
- **Getting instrumented** — How to add observability to your applications
- **Operations at Level 2** — Service-level troubleshooting
